This notice explains how MV International Group (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you visit this website or contact us through it.
Who is responsible for your data

What we collect
When you send an inquiry through our contact form, we receive:
- your name, email address and, if you provide them, your company name and phone or WhatsApp number;
- the type of inquiry (employer, candidate, partner or other) and the message you write;
- your agreement to this notice and the language version of the page you used.
Please do not send passport copies, identity numbers, health information or other sensitive documents through this website. If a recruitment process requires documents, we will ask for them through an appropriate, secure channel.
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.
Why we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and discuss staffing needs or job opportunities.
- For candidates, to consider you for suitable vacancies and keep you informed about a recruitment process you are part of.
- To keep the records we need to meet our legal obligations.
We rely on your consent, on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, on our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries, and on compliance with our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
- Service providers who help us run the website and email. FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers contact-form messages to our inbox, and [email provider, e.g. Google] hosts our email.
- Employers and recruitment partners. Candidate details are shared with a prospective employer or partner only for a specific vacancy and only with the candidate’s agreement.
- Authorities, where we are legally required to do so.
We do not sell your personal data.
International transfers
Some of our service providers and recruitment partners are located outside Albania. When we transfer data abroad, we take steps to make sure it stays protected as required by applicable law.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for [12 months] after our last contact and candidate details for [24 months], unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires a longer period.
Your rights
